Returns and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. If  you are dissatisfied with our product for any reason please contact our sales department under "contact us" to arrange for a refund and return of the product according to the following guidelines, at that time a Return Authorization Number will be emailed to you with the detailed return instructions. 

• No refunds after 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be in the same condition as it was received without any damage.
• The product must be returned in the original container with all original materials to our return facility, return address will be emailed to you with your return authorization number, when the refund is requested. 
• A 20% Restocking fee will be charged.
• Items must be shipped back by UPS with its tracking number emailed to us.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded
• Returns will be accepted with shipping charges prepaid by the customer.
• Refunds will be credited to the card used for the purchase after receipt of acceptable condition of the returned merchandise.
